Appearance: Officer's uniform and trenchcoat, with a patch of a black dog that says "Diamond Dogs" on his beret. There is an actual tiny diamond embedded there. Missing his right arm and left leg, uses a peg and crutch. Always wears aviators. Always. His eyes look like they have cataracts, but if examined closely they are Just Like That, iris and all, with no pupils and and vaguely shiny.

Power: Repeats actions Kaz "records." Can move, touch, or hit objects "again," and apply these actions to identical objects (a wall, a human arm, a gun trigger, etc). Can repeat actions Kaz only remembers doing, but only in regards to Kaz himself and only if he remembers it clearly.
Appearance: Red twins, very masculine. One wears a raid helmet shaped like a dog's head, and the other just has a dog's head. Parts of their bodies are "missing" and filled in with glowing red mesh.
